What's the problem?

Ultra processed foods which may look like an easy quick fix and like a convenient way to keep yourself fueled. But ultimately they do rob us of our health, they affect our mental health, our emotional health, so it’s really staying away from those ultra- processed foods and going back to real whole foods.

Easy, not healthy

And then it can be just reaching for a coffee or an energy drink or a meal replacement bar because they haven’t had time to make something. So I would say you really need to prioritize eating whole foods. So cutting right back on.
