What's Kivue
Is a portfolio portfolio management and reporting solution that allows customers to go and see their portfolio and simply manage all of the change across their organization in a really straightforward, very visual, very engaging way and it basically allows customers to focus on the outcomes that they want to get and how they successfully deliver their change.
What brings you here today?
So this is actually our first project challenge, so we wanted to find ye to talk to more people who are kind of similar to us. Similar view in terms of the function, the PMO function, what they do, how they deliver their change and just share our views on portfolio management, how you can get the most out of tools and how you can use perform our portfolio management tool to help them report and manage their portfolio.
What you learned today
I think a lot of people share our views in terms of what a really effective PMO is, so actually that’s not something that’s overly bureaucratic. It’s not something that’s overly complicated. It just keeps really simple, really straightforward, focuses on the important things, allows the stakeholders that quite often don’t really understand the details, to work out what’s going on, to see what’s going on and make the right decisions at the right time. Keep it simple, it works really, really well and a lot of people are sharing that view in that vision of what PMO should be.
