In Hello, My name is John, and welcome to Jeffery West, Manchester. We specialise in handmade shoes made of the finest pedigree available by artisans and factories in the UK, Spain and Italy. Our business was founded in 1987 by childhood friends Mark Jeffery and Guy West. Growing up in Northampton, they were surrounded by all the history and all the tradition and the heritage of shoemaking which is the center of all that manufacturing in Northampton. They wanted to create a business that was imbued with the pedigree of fantastic creative artisans, and also a product that has a dedication to excellence to our customers, because at the end of the day, our customers deserve nothing but excellence.
Dedication to excellence
So it’s traditional historic methods that we use so, it’s a Goodyear wells, the Blake stitch and these are methods that have been used for 150, 160 years because we know it’s incredibly sustainable, incredibly long-lasting. There is much value for the customer there. It’s incredibly water resistant, it can be sold multiple times in its lifetime. It’s incredibly comfortable and the Goodyear molds to the shape of your foot as well. So as well as getting all that manufacturing history from these incredibly creative artisans in the UK, Spain, and Italy, you are also getting all that flare and that personality which our brand is all about and it makes it so unique, it makes it so well loved by a huge generation of loyal customers.
